- Fortune 200 Financial Institution - Conducted PMO operations for a $70 million program to consolidate and integrate processes and systems across three acquired banks, including CRM, risk management, underwriting, and loan accounting.
- Fortune 200 Financial Institution – Led initiative to replace the Travel Services provider of the loyalty program. This impacted client facing websites, phone voice response units, customer service reps, and electronic funds transfers.
- Fortune 200 Financial Institution - Member of the Enterprise PMO team for a $500M program to replace core systems and infrastructure. This replacement impacted almost all systems throughout the enterprise.
- Fortune 200 Financial Institution - Established and ran a global sourcing office for one of five business units. My business unit (Securities) achieved a faster rate of growth in both headcount and savings per person than all others and accomplished this without layoffs or early contract termination.
- Global Options Trading – managed the creation and introduction of a new options trading system with many innovative features. This system tripled client accounts and revenue in the first two months of operation.
